Farm is just north of junction 36 on the M6 motorway as it starts to carve
through the spectacular scenery of The Lake District.
Using a Westmorland
recipe from when cheese was made on the farm in the 1920's, he creates
Westmorland original and Westmorland mature. He also adds herbs and spices
to a variety called Cheese Wonders and a smoked variety called Lune Valley
Smoked Cobbles. I caught Peter recovering from his appearance at the first
English Farmers Market held in Paris where he successfully sold out all
his cheese and bacon to the French.
